Casey Freeman

Casey Freeman is the Owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of CHHM, serving Chester, Hardin, Henderson, and McNairy Counties in Tennessee. For the past two years, Casey has led this SERVPRO franchise, overseeing restoration and cleaning services across these communities.

Casey brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously managed the PRO desk at Lowe's in North Jackson for 30 years. This extensive background in customer service and contractor relations in the local area enhances Casey's ability to provide high-quality solutions for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Outside of work, Casey is a devoted family person, married to his lovely wife Heather and a proud parent of two children. In his free time, Casey enjoys water skiing, golf, and spending time at the river, balancing professional responsibilities with active pursuits and a love for the outdoors.

Joey Hale

Joey Hale is a distinguished owner of SERVPRO of Chester, Henderson, Hardin, & McNairy Counties (CHHM), bringing a diverse and impressive background to his leadership role. With a commitment to service that spans multiple sectors, Joey's experiences uniquely position him to understand and meet the needs of the communities SERVPRO serves.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Joey's dedication to his country laid the foundation for a life of public service. He continued to protect and serve as a member of the police department, further deepening his connection to community safety and well-being.
Joey's entrepreneurial spirit and interest in property led him to become an active participant in the real estate industry. This involvement provides him with valuable insights into property management and restoration, enhancing SERVPRO's ability to serve property owners effectively.

While he juggles numerous responsibilities, Hale always makes time for his family. He cherishes spending quality time with his wife, Katie, and their two children. Christine Pisano

Christine Pisano brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager at SERVPRO of CHHM in Henderson, Tennessee. After an impressive 30-year career in the wine industry, where she specialized in Accounting and Compliance, Christine embarked on a new chapter in West Tennessee with her husband Desmond. 

Christine's decision to relocate was inspired by her frequent travels from Sacramento to follow Freed Hardeman's baseball team. These trips across the South always felt like coming home, eventually leading the Pisanos to put down roots in the area. 

With her extensive background in accounting and compliance, coupled with her newfound role in office management, Christine contributes valuable skills and perspectives to the SERVPRO team. Her transition from the wine industry to disaster recovery services demonstrates her adaptability and commitment to new challenges. 

Christine and Desmond are proud parents of four children who are spread out across the country, and doting grandparents to one granddaughter. The Pisanos are living their dream on extensive acreage in West Tennessee, where they share their home with four beloved rescue dogs. An avid outdoorswoman, Christine enjoys hunting and fishing, taking full advantage of the natural beauty and recreational opportunities in the region. 

Christine's combination of professional expertise, family connections across the nation, outdoor activities, and love for reading reflect her commitment to a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle, embracing both her roots and new adventures in West Tennessee.

Kaitlin Wall

Kaitlin Wall is an experienced Production Manager at SERVPRO of CHHM, where she has been a key team member for over 6.5 years. With a strong background in the trades and extensive knowledge of industrial chemicals, Kaitlin brings a unique blend of practical experience and technical expertise to her role. Growing up in a trades-oriented environment, Kaitlin developed a passion for hands-on work from an early age. This foundation, combined with her mechanical aptitude, has proven invaluable in her current position overseeing production operations. Kaitlin's in-depth understanding of the working chemicals used in the restoration industry sets her apart, allowing her to optimize processes and ensure safety standards are met. Outside of work, Kaitlin is a devoted mother of two, balancing her professional responsibilities with family life.
