Our Emergency Ready Profile (ERP) is basically a collection of vital information that is needed to effectively and quickly respond to any major event causing damage or business interruption. It only takes about an hour to walk through your property and identify some key information.

 Included in the profile:

• Photo of the front of the property
• Address and location information or directions
• Location and photos of utility shutoffs – including any additional information such as keys needed, or authorization needed prior to shutoff
• Contact information for utility companies – electric, gas, water, alarm, etc.
• Contact information for owners/decision-makers and work authorization notes
• Insurance company – contact information, policy numbers, etc.
• Any other notes or critical information
• Your local SERVPRO representative and 24 hour emergency response team contact information

The ERP is well presented in our signature green folder that can be easily stored, and even more easily identified in an emergency.  But more importantly, the ERP is stored in our Ready Plan mobile app. We’ll create your account and upload your ERP, so now you (and anyone else you choose) can have this access 24/7, at work, at home, or even on vacation!
